The mission of the Lake City Parks and Recreation Department is to promote and coordinate good wholesome recreation both culturally and physically for our citizens.  The department provides athletic, cultural and family-oriented programs for all ages.

The City of Lake City Parks and Recreation Department is your community connection for athletic, cultural and family-oriented programs for all ages.  Activities range from yoga, football, T-ball, arts and crafts to seasonal and recreation program for children and adults. The department also partners with various non-profit organizations to provide quality, organized recreation programs.
