CODE ENFORCEMENT SPECIAL MAGISTRATE HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 162.02 through 162.13, Florida Statutes, as amended, and the City of Lake City Code of Ordinances, as amended, objections, recommendations and comments concerning the MEETING, as described below, shall be heard by the CODE ENFORCEMENT SPECIAL MAGISTRATE of the City of Lake City, Florida,  and will be held in person at 205 N Marion Ave, 2nd Floor-City Hall or a virtual alternative- to be held through the use of communications media technology, THURS, February 11, 2021 at 1pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard.

Description of Violation: IMPC 302.8 – Unlicensed, inoperable motor vehicles must be removed from property.

C. Case # 2020-162                     

Owner Name: Mott, Jack: Trustee of the Jack Mott Revocable Trust

Address of Violation: Vacant – Parcel#Columbia County 14072-001

Description of Violation: IMPC 302.4 – Clear lot/ weeds within allowable limits and maintain in accordance with adopted codes

Pursuant to 286.0105, Florida Statutes, the City hereby advises the public if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City with respect to any matter considered at its meetings or hearings, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
