The Downtown BBQ Showdown is being held on Friday, April 14th and Saturday, April 15th, 2023 at Wilson Park/Darby Pavilion. The sanctioned Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) professional contest will have teams competing in 4 different meat categories: chicken, pork ribs, pork, and beef brisket. There will also be Arts and Craft Vendors, Entertainment, and Food Trucks. Free Admission and Free Parking. Come out and enjoy our beautiful downtown and the best BBQ around.
