THIS SERVES AS PUBLIC NOTICE the Lake City Community Redevelopment Agency for the City of Lake City, Florida will hold a meeting on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 5:00 PM. 

Meeting Location:  City Hall 2^nd Floor Council Chambers located at 205 North Marion Avenue, Lake City, FL 32055.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider the follow items:

• Approval of Minutes – June 2, 2025

• Discussion and possible action to, among other things, a) expand the scope of the current CRA Façade Grant program to include building demolition and building      capital improvements as funding-eligible projects under the grant program; b) increase the maximum amount available to an eligible project through the grant program; c) realign other relevant elements of the grant program to accommodate the expansion of its scope and the increase in available amounts; and d) reallocate $150,000.00 from Capital Outlay Infrastructure / Undesignated Projects 103.40.559-060.63 to Operating Expense Other Current Charges / CRA Facade Grant 103.40.559-030.49 to be specifically designated for commercial projects.

Pursuant to 286.0105, Florida Statutes, the City hereby advises the public if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council/Community Redevelopment Agency with respect to any matter considered at its meetings or hearings, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
