THIS SERVES AS PUBLIC NOTICE: The Lake City Community Redevelopment Agency for the City of Lake City, Florida, will hold a meeting on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
Meeting Location: City Hall 2nd Floor Council Chambers located at 205 North Marion Avenue, Lake City, FL 32055.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider the follow items:
- Approval of Minutes – December 15, 2025
- Selection of program
- Selection of window of time for applications
- Discussion and direction to staff relating to the appointment of an Advisory Board
Pursuant to 286.0105, Florida Statutes, the City hereby advises the public if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council/Community Redevelopment Agency with respect to any matter considered at its meetings or hearings, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
