NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Police Pension Board 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City of Lake Police Pension Board shall hold a public meeting at 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 13, 2021 in the training room upstairs at the Public Safety Building at 225 NW Main Blvd., Lake City, Florida.  

The purpose of this public meeting is to: 

• Approval of Minutes 2-11-2021
• Actuarial Valuation – 10-1-2021 Foster & Foster 
• Share Plan – Bonni Jensen, Board Attorney 
• Quarterly Performance Report – AndCo Consulting 
- Agincourt Addendum, revision and update 
- Proposed “fee” Revision 

Pursuant to 286.0105, Florida Statutes, the City hereby advises the public if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City with respect to any matter considered at its meetings or hearings, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
