* Swap of Southside Recreational Complex land for West side Fire Station land
* Transfer of Plantation Park from County to City
7. Promote Water and Sewer Connections:
* Require Sanitary Sewer Connections when there are failed septic systems and water connections when there are failed water wells and they are near public utilities
* Require Water and Sewer Connections for all new construction that is near public sewer and/or water
* Strongly encourage, but not require, Water and Sewer Connection for all existing construction when funding is available to cover the cost of connection to the public water and sewer system that is in the area
8. Consider sharing of meeting facilities in a new City Hall
9. Consider joint funding to acquire properties for the completing the construction of a road from Highway 90 to the Lake Shore Medical Center
