Special Called Council Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City Council for the City of Lake City, Florida will hold a Special Called meeting on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 5:30 p.m.

Meeting Location:  City Council Chambers located on the second floor of City Hall at 205 North Marion Avenue, Lake City, Florida 32055. 

Purpose of Meeting

1. Discussion and action to authorize and approve funding of the acquisition of the NFMIP Wastewater Treatment Plant contemplated by the agreement adopted by Resolution 2026-043.
2. Discussion and action to authorize and direct the Mayor or Vice-Mayor, as necessary and appropriate, to execute any and all documents necessary to close on the acquisition of the NFMIP Wastewater Treatment Plant contemplated by the agreement adopted by Resolution 2026-043.

     3. City Council Resolution No. 2026-064 – Fiscal Year 2026 FAA IIJA Grant Application for the T-Hangar Taxilane Rehabilitation Project at Lake City

         Gateway Airport.
