Special Called Council Meeting Joint City/County Meeting

THIS SERVES AS PUBLIC NOTICE the City Council of the City of Lake City, Florida will hold a Special Called City Council Meeting Joint City/County Meeting on Monday, January 31, 2022 at 5:30 P.M.    

Meeting Location:  Columbia County School Board Administrative Complex Auditorium located at 372 West Duval Street, Lake City, Florida 32055.  Due to COVID, all persons in attendance are strongly encouraged to wear a mask.  Members of the public may also view the meeting live on our YouTube channel.

 

The purpose of the meeting is: 

* Discussion and Possible Action – Bell Street Sewer Upgrade Memorandum of Understanding
* Discussion and Possible Action – Bell Street Extension
* Discussion and Possible Action – 47 and I-75 Regional Pump Station
* Discussion and Possible Action – City/County Dispatch
* Discussion and Possible Action – Interlocal for Building Inspections
* Discussion and Possible Action – Fish and Game – Pier at Lake Montgomery
* Discussion and Possible Action – Easements for new City Fire Station
* Discussion and Possible Action – Natural Gas – North Florida Mega Industrial Park – Presentation Tom Geoffroy – Florida Gas Utility
* Discussion and Possible Action – North Florida Mega Industrial Park Utilities

Pursuant to 286.0105, Florida Statutes, the City hereby advises the public if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City with respect to any matter considered at its meetings or hearings, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
