The mission of the Growth Management is to enhance the quality of life, foster a desirable environment for growth, and ensure the life safety of the residents of Lake City, Florida by providing complete, accurate, and reliable inspections of construction within the City, to manage planning and land development activities, and by the enforcement of adopted codes and regulations by competent, trained inspectors and code enforcement personnel.
