Special Called City Council Meeting 1-13-2020

Meeting Location:  City Hall Council Chambers located on the 2nd Floor of City Hall at 205 North Marion Avenue, Lake City, FL 32055.

 

The purpose of the January 13, 2020 Special City Council Meeting is to discuss and take possible action on the possible items:

-Minutes: December 16, 2019 Council Workshop & Regular Session

-Consent Agenda:

A. Approval to accept Duval Asphalt as high bidder for ITB-005-2020

B. Approval to purchase the CUES retrofit in the amount of $154,485.00

C. Approval to begin negotiations with Gray-Robinson Attorneys at Law (RFP-004-2020) for Ms. Marchman as Code Enforcement Special Magistrate.

-Resolutions:

1. 2020-001: Authorize the acceptance of a utility easement from Charles D. Roberts and Tina C. Roberts

2. 2020-002: Re-appoint Willard Baughn to serve as a member on the Planning and Zoning Board and the Board of Adjustment

3. 2020-003: Re- appoint Daniel Adel to serve as a member on the Planning and Zoning Board and the Board of Adjustment.

4. 2020-005: Accept a Warranty Deed from Cameron E. Bunting, Jr.

5. 2020-006: Mario Coppock Agreement

6. 2020-007: Authorize the Lake City Police Department to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with Learning for Life

7. 2020-008: Authorize the City by and through its Police Department to enter into a Third Judicial Circuit Mutual Aid Agreement

8. 2020-009: Axon Taser Agreement

-Discussion and Possible Action:

City to host the NEFL Dinner Meeting in December 2020
Charter Review
Referendum Educational Campaign
Affordable Housing Memorandum
