Schedule of Building Permit Fees

| $1,000.01 to $5,000 | $100.00 |
| $5,000.01 to $25,000 | $125.00 (for the first $5,000.01) plus $5 for each additional one-thousand dollars, or fraction thereof. |
| $25,000.01 to $50,000 | $250.00 (for the first $25,000.01) plus $5 for each additional one-thousand dollars, or fraction thereof. |
| $50,000.01 to $100,000 | $400.00 (for the first $50,000.01) plus $5 for each additional one-thousand dollars, or fraction thereof. |
| $100,000.01 and above | $675.00 (for the first $100,000.01) plus $5 for each additional one-thousand dollars, or fraction thereof. |
Technology Fee:
All construction permits shall have three percent {3%) of the total permit fee added on all permit fees stated herein. The purpose of this fee is to offset the costs associated with technology related items used to provide a greater degree of customer service and reduce response time in providing permits and inspections.

Commercial Plan Review Fees:
The fees for plan review shall be fifty percent (50%) of the building permit fees on the same unit. (Example: $1,000.00 permit fee equals $500.00 Plan Review Fee for a total fee of $1,500.00)
Residential Plan Review Fees:
The fees for plan review shall be twenty-five (25%) percent of permit fee. (Example: $1,000.00 permit fee plus $250.00 (25%) = $1,250.00)
State of Florida Surcharge Fees:
Two and one half percent (2.5%) of the total permit fee
